Windows Vista Desktop Hack/Easter Egg
Looking for a cool Windows Vista Hack or Easter Egg? Look no further! The only thing I can find so far within the Vista OS that can be considered a “secret” is the desktop wallpaper/screen saver merge. What happens is you basically get to use your Vista screen savers as your wallpaper (with the animation)! Pretty cool little trick and it’s really easy to do. First, goto your start menu and and click “run”. A little box should pop-up…type “cmd” (without the quotes) and press enter. Now you should see the administrator window. Type the following codes exactly as seen to active the little trick. Don’t type the (then press enter) part though…it just means to hit the enter key lol. You can watch the video below to see it in action if you’re too lazy to do it or don’t believe me!
Codes:
ribbons.scr /p65552 (then press enter)
Enjoy the effect! To stop the screensaver right click the start menu then click “Task Manager”. Select Ribbons and then click end task. Now you can move on to the next one!
aurora.scr /p65552 (then press enter)
Enjoy the second effect! Close it out when you are done looking…the same way as above, then try the last one.
bubbles.scr /p65552 (then press enter)
Give it a second to kick in…for some reason this one lags a little bit. It doesn’t take that long though…so enjoy! Then of course close it out in the Task Manager when you are done.

Actually it can run the screen saver over other windows… so I have bubbles over my other windows. It looks really weird. Just use the menu bar to switch through different windows.
And if you let it run for long enough, the speed might go out of control…
I would like to use the photos screensaver as my background, but I’m unable to use it. Any help at all?
Hmm I am unsure of how do use the photo screensaver…but I will look into it for you!
Hey not to put you down or sound like an ass… but the ability to do that is actually a vista feature. You can also have videos as your background. i cant remember the name of the program that comes with vista pre installed but if u do a search on google you will find it.
