The Best Gaming PC of 2008

Everyone who plays PC games (especially online multiplayer games) wants the biggest and baddest equipment for their computer. Not only for the speed, graphics, etc…but for the bragging rights as well. If you’re a hardcore gamer, then you already know how heated “my computer is better than yours” arguments can get. Personally, I don’t care to take part in these. It’s not because I am afraid to tell my specs or anything, it’s because many people who I tell my specs to don’t believe that I own a gaming PC with such qualities. Why? Well, all I can come up with is that they just refuse to back down from the argument and will not let their 5 year old dell computer take a hit to it’s pride. However, even if you don’t get in an argument over my specs vs. your specs…it’s hard to get a straight answer from a gamer of what PC you should get to have the ultimate gaming experience. Well look no further because I am going on record for the best gaming PC of 2008. So what brand and specs should you flock to this year? Drum roll please………..no drum roll? :( Ah well can’t help but try ya know. Anyway, the best gaming PC is definitely the Alienware Aurora 7500. This computer is truly badass! First, let’s take a peek at it’s super sexy looks.

Ahhh, look at that design! So aside from the looks…what makes this gaming PC worth your while? Well it has a dual Athalon 64 X2 5200+ processor, 2 gigabytes of ram (upgradeable!), 2 250 gigabyte hard drives, and 2x Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS SLI graphics card. Yeah, that’s a freaking great computer for gaming! Now, if you are get to this post and we are living in year 2009+, then this information is already no longer valid. That’s just how quickly the PC evolves. However, Alienware PC’s and even their laptops are ALWAYS going to own other computers when it comes to gaming. So just head over to the official Alienware website and check out the newest model and then wipe the drool off your keyboard. They are highly customizable so you can tweak it to fit your needs, and you can most likely choose between a number of really cool cases as well. In conclusion, if you are looking for the ultimate gaming PC of 2008…you just found it.

Hey. I know you’re trying hard to write a good article and make a good blog, but I just want to let you know:

The CPU isn’t really AMAZING and the graphics cards are weak. A dual 8800GTS or GTX is more ideal.

Yeah, I know that you can go higher but I am talking the best gaming PC for a decent price without going completely overboard. The PC is set at high enough standards to be a major upgrade for most users. Plus, you can take that computer and customize it all you want from the Alienware website, or easily purchase and install your own graphics card from somewhere else. Thanks for your comment though! ;)
